Delete your Rival Grid account and data

You can delete your account in the app, or ask us to do it without the app. Rival Grid is a game by Axel Fianke – smart & green media.

Option 1: delete in the app

If you have a permanent account (email and password, Google or Apple), open the account area in the app and choose Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and cannot be undone. The option is available depending on your app version.

Option 2: request deletion without the app

You can request deletion even if you uninstalled the app or no longer have your old device. You do not need to reinstall it.

In your email, state that your request concerns “Rival Grid data deletion”. info@rival-grid.com

How a request is handled

  • This website and the form only forward your request. Nothing is deleted automatically.
  • Before deleting, we verify that the account is yours, using a method that fits your account type.
  • Your contact email, player ID, display name or screenshots alone are not proof of ownership. They only help us find the account.
  • We normally process sufficiently verified requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Your profile and display name
  • Your progress, level and XP
  • Ranked data: rank, Rival Points and rating
  • Grid Tokens and cosmetics
  • Achievements and missions
  • Friends, favorites and blocks
  • Your sign-in methods (Google, Apple, email)
  • Push notification registrations

What can remain

  • Matches you played against other players stay in their history, shown as “Deleted Player”. Your name is removed from them.
  • Anonymous purchase records without any link to a person can be kept for fraud prevention, refund integrity and accounting.
  • Data held by third parties such as Google AdMob is governed by their own policies.

Deleting your account does not refund or cancel store purchases. Manage purchases in the App Store or Google Play.

A guest account without any sign-in method is a pseudonymous game record that we cannot link to a person from the outside. If you have no access to the app any more, contact us and we will explain your options.

If you signed in with Apple, you can also remove Rival Grid under Settings → [your name] → Sign in & Security → Sign in with Apple on your iPhone.
